Portsmouth Karate Club is the founder member of the Shotokan of England Karate Union (SEKU) and is affiliated to the National Governing Body - Instructors are fully insured. Grading examinations take place four times a year and are held locally. There is also the opportunity to enter various local and national championships throughout the year.
